Ask Victoria – Kerrie Blake

I have a lovely Bulldog called Harvey. He is very playful and happy dog within our home and back garden but as soon as we try and put his lead on he freezes… and if we actually manage to get him out of the house he stops and starts all the way and is very scared. We really don’t know how to make him enjoy a walk and have no idea why he hates them so much. Look forward to some advice. Many thanks.
