Episode 99: Victoria Talks with Veterinary Behaviorist Meghan Herron

Victoria sits down with Dr. Meghan Herron, Veterinary Behaviorist and Senior Director of Behavioral Medicine, Education, Research and Outreach at Gigi’s, for a fascinating discussion on dog training methods and how to work with dog behavior issues in a shelter environment. 

Dr. Herron also tells Victoria about Gigi’s, a center that helps improve the lives of shelter dogs all over the state of Ohio by sheltering dogs from rural shelters that otherwise would not have a chance and gives them vital medical and behavioral care before taking them to city area shelters for adoption.
