Victoria was featured in the Houston Chronicle’s “Pets Houston” section on January 27, 2010. In the feature entitled How to Pick A Shelter Dog, Victoria discussed what to look for when adopting a shelter dog. Victoria suggested, “If you see a dog that you like, take it out of the kennel to an open space such as a grassy area so you can see if the dog wants to relate to you.
