Dogs Outnumber Cats in UK – Victoria in The Sun
Victoria was recently quoted in The Sun (UK) newspaper for an article entitled "Rovertaken: Dogs have clawed their way past cats to become Britain's favourite pet." The piece points out that the UK dog population has continued to rise close to 9 million while cat ownership has fallen to 8.6 million. Victoria points out that although it might not be fair, many people may see cats as more aloof than dogs and view dogs as an option destined to improve their own health as well.
