The Positively "Help! Reactivity" course is a next-generation approach to reactive behavior. It aims to build better behavior through better relationships: relationships between guardians and their dogs and between dogs and their world. It’s very hands-on and practical: full of demonstrations for real skills that work for dogs who struggle with reactivity and for guardians, too.
We focus on teaching the trust and safety and communication that help dogs learn not just to tolerate stress, or even just to bounce back from them. It teaches dogs to thrive with their guardian’s support.
So, the result isn’t just a “well-mannered” dog, or a resilient dog, or a dog with “new associations” with triggers (though they’ll get those in the course, too), it’s a dog and guardian team who move with harmony, safety and understanding together through their world.
