Is this normal?

I have never had a ***** from being a puppy before so please forgive me if this is perfectly normal! Teagan is 16 weeks old now and has developed a kind of bump on her bum below her bumhole and behind her peehole. She is not having any problems going to the toilet and it doesn't seem to bother her in any way she will happily let me touch it so it doesn't seem to hurt. Is this something to keep an eye on/worry about or is it just her female bits developing normally as she grows up?

Just her ladybits growing.

But do get her checked by a vet if anything protrudes that shouldn't be there. Very very rarely there can be a growth - but unlikely at her age.
