I found what Victoria used on that episode today it is a Click Stick which is a taget stick with a built in Clicker in my favorate color too.

I was going to get a target stick with a clicker built-in, but I already had a clicker and didn't want to spend any more than I had to. I read about using a telescoping magnet (like mechanics use when they drop tools in small spaces - it's small, silver, and about the size of a pen but extends out about 4x that long. My husband found me one for $5 at the local auto parts store). I got some brightly colored knitted hair elastics and bunched them up on the end. Looks a little homemade, but only cost me $6
