Hello! My name is Joan and I live in South Georgia in the land of gnats. I live on a farm, care for my mother who lives with me and together we have a menagerie of pets. One male American Bulldog (9 yrs old), one male black and white border collie (5 yrs old), one male terrier-mix/mutt (3 yrs old) and the newest is a female red border collie (3 yrs old); all neutered/spayed. Add to that 5 (fixed) cats, one parrot, one squirrel and 10 head of cattle. The black and white collie and the parrot were the only two purchased pets. Everything else is a rescue, adoption or stray. Admittedly, we're at our limit to properly care for everything, but they get lots of love, good amount of exercise and lots of individual interaction. Watching Victoria's training methods has been fantastic and I'm looking forward to working even more with our boys and little girl to get their behavior under better control. I'm very happy to join this forum and hope to learn much more!!!!
