Somewhere between 5 and 6 months old depending on if you count by weeks or months Diane

Ted finished growing height and lengthwise by about 9 months so I don't think Ella is done cooking yet

Yeah, and I dremeled her nails nice and short and trimmed up all the underfoot fur recently so they're neat paws too

Edited to add: And G8ddamnit if her clear nails haven't gone totally black so now I have TWO dogs with ALL BLACK NAILS

Taking it in turns to chase, Ted doesn't get so excited by chasing her now and is self handicapping more so she is more comfortable too.

I've never been the biggest fan of chi's, but your two are the most gorgeous ones, they could convert me! I think it's a combination of their long fur and their markings, tri-colour anything always gets me.

Don't they grow up fast though!

I do have to keep an eye on it as Ted can still get overexcited at chasing Ella, although only once have I stopped them and seen her go "thank goodness for that", mostly she's back to running straight away
