OH cleared out the shed and found a ball lurking at the back - it's been a while since Jasper had a ball with any oomph left in it! It's not easy videoing while playing ball with him, but I did my best...

I'm always wary of his possessive nature and don't like to put pressure on him (see his expression at around 40secs, and note the delayed response to 'drop'), but he's showing much more willing now to let go of the ball so I can kick it. He does tend to make a grab for it at the last moment, though, which is why I can't give it a hefty kick as I could end up taking his teeth out He also stands in between me and where I want to kick it and I don't want to hammer it into him (this isn't just an excuse for kicking like a girl, honest ).
I love the bit where he gets his teeth stuck in the ball But I really must find somewhere else to dry the washing, that washing line is an eyesore and always gets in the way

Jasper is such a doll. I love his wiry hair.
