I am so sorry, it is so hard to let them go but you made the right decision for Bonita, you put her first and not yourselves, that means a lot to Bonita, you didn't let her suffer.
I have been through this 3 times in 6 months, Emmabeth has recently lost one of her's as well as others on here, our thoughts go out to you.

Change vet's it does appear like a mild seizure. but can't say for sure my previous dog had grand mal seziures and was put on phenobarbitol then potassium bromide. It helped a lot.
