intact male anatomy

i havnt had much exposure to intact males but i noticed that the male downstairs (<1 yr old black lab) is very much intact and every. single. time. i see him his *cough* rocket *cough :oops: * is out. is that normal for intact dogs? bax's rarely shows.

Not really. It may make an appearance when the dog is excited, though, and for a young lab that might be "whenever we do anything or see anyone or go anywhere." ;)
