Laproscopic Spay? Vet only did 1 incision not 2
Bella was spayed today, She only has 1 tiny incision reading online they did a laproscoptic spay, But they were supposed to do 2 incisions one below and above the umbilical cord, Bella only has 2 tiny one, Is that normal that they didn't do 2 incisions

If you google "laparoscopic spay" "one incision" you'll find several articles/websites mentioning surgery with one incision, so I guess this is the method your vet used.

If you have concerns or questions regarding your dogs spay, the best thing to do is call the vets office and discuss it with them. We can speculate, but they have the definitive answer.

Annie had this done. Just one teensy tiny little "cut" and some surgical glue. That was it. Didn't even have to take her back for suture removal. We had no complications from it.
