Victoria used a time delayed toy/treat dispenser that was put on top refrigerator. About every half hour to hour that a sound would start and then a toy/treat would pop out for the dogs. This kept the dogs at home busy throughout the day. Where can I find this???

I suspect this may have been the Kong time, which had a timer and dispensed a stuffed Kong toy. I believe they stopped producing this quite a long time ago now

This is similar but actually more versatile than the kong time was.
