barking at sound

I know there is a lot said about barking, but I seemed to be stumped! My dogs bark at various sounds. Not something they see. My one dog Baylee, hears something and runs off! I try to find her and tell her to sit and give her a treat, but she could careless. OR she stops sits, gets the treat, then runs away and starts barking. I have tried toys, all kinds of distractions when she hears something. The hardest part is she goes running. I have tried continuously feeding her treats, like when the doorbell rings, she stay quiet and take the treats until I stop then she runs downstair and barks. This can be several minutes after the noise is gone! Any ideas of what I can try next? Thannks!
