Collar/head halter combination

Post by DoggoneGA »

On a recent episode of Victoria's show she used a collar/halter combination where the lead was attached to the collar - not to the halter. This was for a dog that pulled. I'm very interested in knowing the name of this tool! Does anyone know?

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I've seen haltis that have a safety strap that attaches to the dog's collar. I'd imagine that it's a backup in case the dog slips the halti, or for better control--basically, for the most persistent dogs.

Any other insights on this? I'd like to know for certain myself!

The linker on the Halti head collar to the collar is for safety, the haltis are quite eaasy for the dog to get off, the linker means you dont loose your dog

I think I found the answer to my question on another subject. The "Canny Collar" seems to be the one that was in the show.
