I have a very jealous Puppy

I had the recent occasion to get 2 Border Collie pups age 5 months. They are both males and brothers. It seems one of them is very jealous of the other. Example: I was petting Jake ( the jealous one ) and Taker saw me and started toword me. Jake started whinning and getting figity. Taker got to me and I reached out to pet Taker as well. Jake lunged at Taker bowling him over. Not a vicious attack but just rammed him with his chest. Jake then came over and wanted me to pet him while whinning very loudly. I can only see this as jealousy. It has been this way since day one. We do not favor one over the other and both get equal everything, toys, treats, affections, training. Is there perhaps something I am missing? Any tips?
