Puppy training sessions

New puppy arriving in a month! I have watched most of the videos and read a lot of the articles, as well as other books, but what i cant seem to find an answer on is how often to have training sessions and how many things at once should you train your puppy on.

I understand that training sessions with puppies should be short, but should I have multiple short sessions a day or only once a day? And should I only teach one behavior at a time until they got it and move on to the next or mix it up and train sit at one session and work on down the next and come the next?

Multiple short ones each day is great! And you can teach various things in each session, even. Just end on a good note for each trick and stop before puppy gets bored.
