Hello, Chili are new..

Chili is an 8 month old "Dorky". That would be a Dachshund/Yorkie mix! I have had her since she was 8 weeks. She is smart and sweet. She does have one problem though. I thinks it is called, "Excitable Urination". So, any ideas of how to change this would be appreciated. We live in Livermore, California. I also have 4 Macaws and a Rosebreasted Cockatoo.
