Greetings From Austria

Post by Swingle » Sat Oct 08, 2016 8:35 am

Having seen Victoria's programmes on the TV, I finally thought to look for a website, and found this! I've posted about Swingle, who is a two year old Austrian Farmer's mutt, and the best thing about living here-even when I'm slipping on ice and floundering in snow in winter! I'm English but we have been in Austria for nine years. There are not a lot of dogs here compared to the UK, and the dog training school we went to was a bit barbaric. All dogs have to be registered with the local council and it is now obligatory to have a certificate of training. Love to hear from any one and swap dog things!!

Welcome :D I'd love it if dog owners here (in the UK) had to have a certificate of training, though of course it would have to be the right sort of training, which would be difficult to implement right now.
