Love them. Boy, Ari does look like he means business. 8)
Is this his usual face, looking serious, or did you just happen to catch these poses?

I really like the kitchen photo with your cat on the highest level. :D :D

Someone began a thread in the training section about having problems with getting her cat to accept their new puppy.

Several of the responses suggested setting up a high place for the cat to keep a safe distance from the puppy. This photo in the kitchen is a great example of this. :D

I happened to post on the thread about the photos of your cat trying to help Ari down the stairs, but I wasn't sure where it is located in order to provide a link. I am sure she would love it if you posted the link as well as give you ideas about how to help the kitten and puppy get along. Your photo of your cat and Ari on the bed together will give them hope. :D

Thanks Diane. He usually looks much less serious, I just happened to notice these pictures going through some stored on the cell phone.

Here is the staircase video -> http://youtu.be/VPCAkI2AI2Y

But, having observed them for a long time, I eventually concluded that the cat-girl isn't really trying to help him with the staircase. Quite the opposite. She is actually blocking the way, despite of her friendly and helpful appearance... I am fairly sure she enjoys creating obstacles for the big boy.
That's why it's much easier for him the second time on the video. It's not because he concurred his fears.... It's just because the "helpful" cat ain't there anymore!
