Hopefully I'm going to be able to post a picture of my dog, Aston, here. I'm a bit old for all this technology but I'll give it a try and maybe the Gods of the Interwebs will be kind to me and show it. If not I'm going to feel like a right plum

I don't think that worked. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong

Re: Aston
You were very close What you pasted was a link to the _page_ with the image on. So if you hadn't put the image tags around it, like this:
http://s1336.photobucket.com/user/Peppe ... sort=3&o=4
the link would have shown and you'd be halfway there T
To embed the image itself: do you see the list on the right hand side of your picture in photobucket? You need to click the part that says "IMG code" and then paste that here. It should look like this:
[IMG]http://i1336.photobucket.com/albums/o64 ... 7e8e32.jpg[/IMG]
I've made it so that that comes out as text on my post, so you can see what I'm saying. When you do it, though it should come out as a photo. Hope that helps

Ok, I don't think that worked
Let's try again...
And see if it works now.
I sometimes feel that I'm far too old for this modern technology

Third time lucky You can also always press 'Preview' instead of 'Submit' to test it out before you post

Thanks Rachel,
Yes, he's quite a looker. My mother, who owns two ruby King Charles Cavalier Spaniels, said that if he were a human he'd be Bruce Willis.
