bendog wrote:Quick - Tell us more about how horrible she is!
She's not horrible but she is HARD work. There's all the getting up in the night, then taking her out when she wakes up, drinks, stops playing etc etc
There's feeding 4 times a day and then training and playing
She's is a bit mischevious with Ted and decided it would be much fun to ambush him with flying leaps when he's not suspecting it. After giving him a few times to tell her off and him not doing so it's now my job to stop it. Which means I have to know what she's up to all the time she's out of her pen, which is a lot
just now catching up on the Ted and Ella show....too cute.

I thought we were talking about dogs though!
Sorry.....
ya, I had to resist posting some snarky comments on gwd's previous post to this one.... but I was good, I exercised self control.... glade one of us couldn't.
Oh my she's SO CUTE! Congrats and go Ted for being such an awesome big brother!
I vaguely remember not making it to the shower for days.. But I was so sleep deprived I didn't even care that I was dirty and smelly
Here's your next dose of their antics. For anyone who's interested I praise Ella verbally to reinforce her choice to not throw herself on Ted when he stops, turns his back and looks out of the window

It's kind of amazing that he knows what to do to teach her. Today later on they were playing outside and madam was getting a bit overexcited. He bundled her over then put a paw on her head until she calmed down
Of course I supervise all the time and step in when needs be but I also want him to be able to tell her what to do, as long as this is going well I let him teach her

I'm curious to see what height Ted is in comparison to Honey, who clocks in at a massive 25 cm/10 inches tall at the shoulder.
I was surprised to see how small honey is in the recent pictures you posted. the one of her sleeping on the couch really shocked me. somehow I always thought she was a bit bigger.
Yeah she looks like a standard JRT in most pictures and I never really have anything in them for perspective. She's very tiny and most people think she's a JRT puppy the fact that she's a hyper wiggly loon doesn't help .
I'll try to get some video footage of her with something for perspective at some point but I'm a complete novice when it comes to uploading to youtube so it might take me a while .
