BREED QUESTION??IS HE A CANIS TERRIER?

I would like to know if anyone could help me to find out what breed is my carlie. the vet said that he is a canis terrier. but i don t know excactly what he is. i would like to know more about his breed and have information about the behaviours of his breed. here are some photos of him, please any replies would be helpfull
