Is he still growing?

My rotti/mal mix "Bear" has weighed in at 91lbs for about 4 months. He's 13 months old right now. Is he done growing? Do dogs have growth spurts later on? He's on blue buffalo wilderness about 5 cups per day and is walked/gets runned for about an hour or two daily. He was neutered at 6 months.
