my chi is itching

I can't figure out why my chi is itching , she has not a flea on her , gave her a flea bath last night , found one flea on her ! I just can't think of what could make her go crazy with itching , she is itching on her back ! any ideas !

Could be allergies. My beagle itches really bad when the grass and weeds are growing. So once late spring/summer hits, he's pretty miserable.

Virbac makes a shampoo called Allermyl it is the schiznetz for dogs with allergies, I use it on 2 of my guys and they stop scratching/chewing.

I finally figured out that dixie had some fleas on her , and gave her a flea bath ! will give treat her with some flea medication asap !

I believe most flea baths have medication already. I'd be cautious about putting too much medication on her.
