Going back to old ways after the show?

Here's something I've been wondering when watching Victoria's show. It's not the dog's that are poorly trained its the owners as Victoria said. So when she comes over to show the owners how its done and tells them to stay on it and be very committed, I wonder if they do as she asked.

I wonder after Victoria leaves if the people go back to their old habbits and even confuse the dogs and or make things worse for themselves.

I wonder if Victoria has updates on the owners that she's worked with on her show to see how things have progressed.

Just something I've been wanting to know.
