i am wondering how victroa learned the techniquies and in a household how do u become top dog

As to how you become the top dog in your household - you need to be the person who makes things happen, food, games, fun, training, firm and consistent boundaries.
If you are firm, and fair, if your dog can always trust you and if you give him the respect HE deserves (ie you treat him like a dog, and not a child or a toy, you give him boundaries and dont expect him to be some kind of furry angel, but realise he has rights and needs too), then you will be the 'top dog' although I personally dont like that term, Id call it 'respected leader'.
