I have this little appeal to all of you. I would really appreciate if you guys found the time to sign a petition to implement animal cruelty laws in Slovak legislation.
I am originally from Slovakia and the situation isn't ideal, sadly. Considering it's a member of the EU it's disappointing there hasn't been any action taken to improve the law to stop animal cruelty from shelters to ponds to owners ( or 'owners' ). The overall state of training there isn't good I think and majority still sticks to dominance training although I think it's is mainly through the lack of knowledge. I really wish it changes in the future, hopefully I will be able to be one of the people that do this.
