what does the dangerous dogs acts say? and in the paper 2day it was saying about what type of breed killed the girl ellie either a pit bull type dog or cocker spainel because of the rage thing cockers have it also said about benji i think and i am so mad that dogs are getting put down because there wont train them (not about benji) if every dog is trained well it would be fine

but feel before giving dogs to people look at ther past have they been n prison ect

Not quite sure what you are asking Loza.

The DDA applies to ALL dogs in that all dogs and dog owners can fall foul of it if they allow their dogs to intimidate, injure or even be 'wildly out of control in a public place'.

Part of the DDA includes the Breed Specific Legislation banning four breeds of which one is the Pit Bull Terrier, AND any dog deemed to be of 'type'.

In effect what this means is, a staffy x labrador could look sufficiently like a pitbull terrier to be classed as illegal and possibly dangerous.
