I need to vent!!

Let me start by saying I have a wonderful family, inlaws who watch the baby and so forth. We have serious differences in dog training.

They rescued a 9 month old pitty from a local humane society, started taking her to a trainer who alpha rolled her on the first meeting!!! My inlaws were proud of this!! They keep telling me that I need to take Chloe and Atlas there because the dogs don't listen to them. Of course they don't listen to them they don't feed, water, love, play, and train them!! Instead of bringing their pup with them on visits they take her to this guy who runs a doggie day camp and are told that they cannot pick her up until between 5-7 at night. I would not put up with that.

They have complained that their dog "shuts down" at puppy classes and I was like"shes most likely afraid to anything" I have tried to talk them but I am afraid that they are causing more harm than good and poor pup will end up in another home, hopefully mine!!
