It is a white sauce (butter, flour, milk, season to taste) with dried beef cut into thin strips and served over buttered toast. I add peas to mine, and lots of black pepper. It is a meal and a heart attack all rolled into one!
...I want to try everyone's cheesecakes! Mmm!
