We also have what is so charmingly refered to as "sh*t on a shingle" here, aka creamed chipped beef on toast. Do you folks eat that? Salty, but great on a winters evening.

It is a white sauce (butter, flour, milk, season to taste) with dried beef cut into thin strips and served over buttered toast. I add peas to mine, and lots of black pepper. It is a meal and a heart attack all rolled into one!

Hehe, I'm from the states and I've never heard of that!

...I want to try everyone's cheesecakes! Mmm!
