Urgent healing thoughts needed..

Post by emmabeth »

My pup Keldas mum, Leah is really very ill at the vets at the moment... her 'mum' is naturally distraught and I would like to ask if we could all send some healing thoughts to Leah now.

Image

Sadly this is the best photo i have though im looking for some better ones, Leah is only 5 years old and on thursday suddenly became very unwell and unwilling to walk. The signs at the moment are that it may be a kidney or liver problem but the vets cannot get many blood results back until tuesday and until then... Leah waits in the vets, a very ill and unhappy girly

If anyone can send her Reiki I and her owner would be more than grateful, shes a lovely lovely girl with a smashing character and this is horribly unfair on her and on her 'mum'.

Pleeeeeeease recover Leah, it really shouldnt be time for you to go just yet!

Please by all means, crosspost to useful places Mattie.

Leah is her mums Heart-Dog and she is, like we all would be, absolutely in pieces at the moment.

I will keep everyone updated, im getting daily updates from Leahs mum.

Shes not in a good way poor lass, shes got a raised pulse rate and temp, blood in her urine and struggling to walk, shes not pood since sehs been in the vets though its possible that is due to the stress of being in teh vets more than anything else.. these deerhounds are very sensitive little things really for all their size.

Until the vets can get the blood results back on Tuesday they really dont know that much and are supporting her on a drip.

Leah has improved a lot, since recieving reiki!!!

Shes still not out of the woods, they still dont really know what is wrong (apparently her liver is the wrong shape but they dont think its a tumour, that needs investigating)... she is however much much brighter, heart rate improved, temperature improved and generally speaking, a much happier dog.

So, yay... but continued healing thoughts needed - Kelda cant be an orphan!!! (well shes got her dad but... well... as dads go haha hes not so interested).

Well the news is not good... Leah is still unable to walk, shes also now lost control of her bowel and bladder so is catheterised and being cleaned up regularly.

Shes been moved from her vets to a specialist in Chester for an MRI scan in the morning.

Her liver enzymes have been up and down, high yesterday, down again that evening and up again today, but this could be a red herring really.

She is still bearing up remarkably well for a dog so ill.. but plenty more good healing thoughts needed for her and her mum - its so hard for her mum, without any real diagnosis she cant even begin to make any decisions.

She is getting a lot of healing Em, those friends from another board are really good, I have had healing off them and know how good they are. I am picking up that the problem is in the kidney/liver area.

I have heard good things from a vets at Chester that have an MRI scanner, some friends dogs go there when they need on.

D,

Reiki is a form of self healing, it clears your body so it can heal itself. I have seen some amazing recoveries when someone or an animal has had Reiki including my husband who wasn't expected to live, the hospital was waiting for him to pass over. I was giving him Reiki when he sat up and asked what I was doing.
