I was talking to the vet who done the operation about Merlin not wanting to come home on Saturday and he offered to let him stay if I wanted to, but I let Merlin decide.

He couldn't get out of the vets fast enough and nearly jumped into the car but I managed to stop him. What a change in 2 days.

I am making him a ramp at the moment so he can walk in and out of the car.

Just got back from the vets, it was a calcified disc and not cancer. Joachim the vet said it was big but is clear now but couldn't get it all away because of where it was. He is very pleased with Merlin's progress but wants him to have another week's rest then start hydrotherapy. Lisa who does this came out to meet Merlin. That is going to be fun with Gracie loose when Merlin is being done.

Merlin has a new harness now, because of the way the fleece is, it doesn't put any pressure on his spine.
