I love training class

Post by danabanana »

Teagan is doing really well I'm so proud of her every saturday! The lady who runs it is impressed, think she's considering a beagle too now (she wants a smaller dog when her youngest is a bit older - she has 4 black labs). Week off next week though as it's my saturday in work (boooo!), then the week after taking her to Grantham to see an agility show and have a bit of a day out. And the best part of the day - she comes home eats her dinner then SLEEPS! :D

Yep training classes are ace!! Ellie loves hers and its something I intend to keep up on a permanent basis. Too many people think training classes end when your pup grows up. I think its great for socialisation purposes too and Ellie loves to play with the other dogs there.

We are going to do agility too, only another 6 months to wait now before we can start, so i will let you all know how we get on (gulp)!!

oops we've started already! Well, not really as she is too young. But she has seen all the equipment and had a good sniff so it is not a scary new thing and she runs through the tunnels and poles on the floor. She loves it, can't wait til she's old enough to do it properly and compete

Ditto - we love our classes too. Everybody is falling in love with Horace and thinks its amazing that he knows sign language, despite them all using signs when they train anyway! And we're starting agility in April when the next course begins. Maybe we should have an agility board so we can keep each other posted on our progress? I can't wait, challenge for me and something new to make Horaceson tired!
