it seems to me that your puppy very much enjoys tugging and playing roughly with things that he finds enticing what i might try is as soon as you see him getting into this mode snatch the clothes away and put them out of reach asap...make sure you have a really fun and great looking tuggy toy nearby...

yeah with her i know shes not happy the way her dogs act i think she just believes that she knows soo much about dogs and their behavior when in reality she knows little to nothing about how to handle any situation i definitely agree though i am trying so hard to stay away from her because her dogs ...

what ive also found helpful that you might use is victorias method of getting the dogs curiosity make a high pitched strange sound that is unfamiliar to the dog and run the other direction so to catch your dogs attention this will make him think "ooh whats that shes doing over there..i better g...
