Re: Non crumbly liver cake recipe (with turmeric)
http://www.turmericforhealth.com/turmeric-recipes/how-to-make-turmeric-paste-or-golden-paste The liver cake will turn out perfectly fine without the golden paste, it's completely optional :D. I tend to alternate how I make it to stop it being boring, so sometimes it's plain (liver, eggs, oil, gram flo...

Re: breakfast
Great advice Judy My own dog does not currently have any RG issues but will sometimes refuse a meal if she deems it too hard work (which means she's not really that hungry ).

Non crumbly liver cake recipe (with turmeric)
http://i1126.photobucket.com/albums/l620/wufwufs/Mobile%20Uploads/20150321_135841_zpsbzdhkrdd.jpg This is my foolproof turns out great every time recipe :D . The resulting liver cake is very dense and great to handle as it doesn't crumble when you break little bits off a chunk. It can also be cut u...

One dog at a time
Yesterday I met a lady in the park with her adorable JRT boy. I ended up chatting to her as another (huge) dog had stolen her dogs ball and was refusing to give it back. I know this dog and he's a giant baby, his owner is a lovely older chap who's not too steady on his feet so I gave him a cookie to...

Re: Growling when OH approaches the bed
I'm wondering if it would be worth OH making a habit of giving Jasper a treat when he approaches his side of the bed, but is this really using a sticking-plaster approach when the real issue is just that Jasper wants his personal space? I think that (as with most things) classical conditioning woul...

It's a bit like feeding junk food to kids, makes them hyper and can give them a pain in their tummy. There's much bett...

She's so dainty about it! I can't believe how careful and methodical she is! :D Such concentration - and she's so calm about it, too :D She is a clever lazy dog who always goes for the easiest way of doing anything  It can be hilarious (and frustrating) when you think you've come up with somet...
