That's funny. Koa will stick his whole head in for the treat. Now I just need to get him used to it being fastened. I leave it by his bucket of toys, so he will take no notice of it. I don't think he will like it too much when it is on for any amount of time, but I will keep my fingers crossed. Liz

Thank you Emmabeth, I am also currently working on getting him used to the muzzle. Very slow process. It's to the point where when I show him the muzzle, Koa comes to me for a cookie. Has any one ever used a Tug N Hug harness?

I use the Gentle Walker when I am not using the Gentle Leader, but I find it a little uncomfortable with the clip in the front of Koa's chest. It's a annoying when I want to give him some freedom.

Once Koa is used to the muzzle I am only going to try it when he has a drag line on and he can come and go into the room as he feels comfortable with. That way if he wants to walk away from the person to regroup, he can.
