Re: Episode 204 - Tiny Tyrant - Jan 23
FYI on Rescue Remedy Hi All, Koa is a 3 year old GSD, and he has a fear aggresion issue. The Rescue Remedy did nothing. Like Victoria said, when a dog is at that point that stuff really does not do any good. Victoria, great show. We love it, but I would like to see the same type of training you did ...

Princess episode
Hi, For anyone who has been following the Koa saga, Princess is exaclty how he reacts, except he is a 80lb GSD, so it makes it a little worse. My question is, when Victoria told the couple to put Princess in the bedroom when company came over, what if Princess barked? Would she have taken her out of...

Re: Shock Collar
Thanks noobs, I like everyone else on this forum does not like prong collars, but at the same time, I am not going to have my dog, pulling, lunging, and just all out freaking out everytime he sees something that sets him off. I see a woman in our neighborhood who has a beagle. That dog drags her dow...

Hi,
I would be much happier if he showed his fear by hiding behind me rather than lashing out.

Re: Shock Collar
Hi Mattie, I have read that from you before, about how the prong is used, but have never heard a trainer who suggests using one say that. They say give the dog a good pop, so he doesn't forget it, and you should only have to do it once. Either way it's not pleasant for the pup. I have come to the co...

I agree. Why would someone have a dog that doesn't want to put in the time to help the dog. They depend on us.

Re: My GSD Lunges at visitors
Hi Monib, I am consideing giving Koa a nuckle bone, but like my last GSD, he has a sensative stomach. What kind do you suggest for the crate? Koa loves his crate, so getting him in it is not an issue, but when he is in it when people come over, he barks and barks, and barks!!!! you get the message. ...
