Re: Eating Habits

I think you are feeding him more than he really needs. If you decide to keep feeding twice a day, he'll probably only want 3/4 a cup at each feeding. Or he might still be full from his morning feeding at his evening/afternoon feeding. We feed our dog a little less in the morning than at his afternoo...

Re: Shakes, tremors

I apologize for my ignorance. What is "raw feeding?" :? It is a diet consisting of raw meat and bone and other things that a dog was designed to eat. We have many thread about it that you should read around if you are curious. If you give us an idea of where you live, we can recommend som...

Re: Rabbits & lead shot

I used to hide at the far end of the classroom when we were supposed to do dissections in biology at school  Last year in Biology we had to dissect cats....I thought it was kinda fun but I can never think of cats the same way after seeing all of that stuff. My teacher actually cut a hole in t...

Re: How many breed items do you own?

I guess pug owners tend to be slightly obsessive...most of the stuff on that list came from my aunt. Every fair/rodeo we go to where you win stuffed animals has a pug or pug-looking dog that I feel like I'm obligated to rescue from where they're hanging...that is until I realize I have spent over $2...

Re: Rebuilding relationship with my dog.

I just want to say thank you for doing research and making an effort to change this relationship. My dog is 8 now, but for the first few years of his life, we used very punitive methods. I'm ashamed to say that as a 2nd and 3rd grader, I hit my dog and rubbed his face in accidents because that was w...

Re: Dog Training Logos

I also like 'modern' type outlines of a dog - those kind of graphics. i agree. i'm drawn to the more graphic style. obviously this has a cat included, but i think this style is eye catching. http://bpah.aahavet.org/admin/Data/bpah/BPAH%20Dog%20&%20Cat%20Logo.JPG Definitely agree with outlines a...
