dogs can't see the bottam of the bath when there is water in it, so its quite scary for them, i shower mine in the bathtub, orginally i got my partner to feed them squeezy cheese (primula) whilst they were in the bath, after several baths they both began to enjoy it :D try the cheese, its might work!
