Re: MY DOG IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

PikiPiki...not sure where you are stationed but we don't get long breakfast and lunch breaks where we are. Compared to most civilian jobs, an hour lunch is pretty long; most non-military jobs average a half hour lunch, with fifteen minute breaks thrown in. Which in my opinion is way too short! :] W...

Re: MY DOG IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

We're military as well, and got a happy hyper breed, too. We get up two hours before PT, and take our dog for a long jog or hike before putting her in her crate with a kong. Military lunch breaks and breakfast breaks are fairly long, do you have time to drive to your house and take him for a walk? 6...

Re: Evee playing in the snow

Thanks! It was fun watching her try to catch all the snowflakes! :) Also, couldn't believe she let me put my hat on her with no fuss :) Ted says he'll hav the hat for a coat when she's done with it :D It could make two coats for little Ted! We took Evee to a new place, and climbed a really high hill...

Re: Waffles

I'm definitely seeing some kind of chihuahua because he's so small. His ears are tiny and flopped over. I'm not sure about Yorkie, I know the picture makes his fur look long and silky, it's more rough and messy lol, I had just brushed and bathed him five minutes before taking it. (he likes blow-drye...

My husband went to the local shelter and adopted a seven year old neutered male terrier mix. (It was adopt a 'senior' pet month there) He's the exact opposite of Evee. Being a middle aged fella he's much more calm and lazy. I swear he sleeps all day  We take him on hiking trips through our back...

Re: Grapes

))hugs(( Evee's tests came back good! :D She'll be okay. She only threw up that one time. :) I'm really glad I know I can trust my vet in Minnesota, and relieved that I don't have to rely on ignorant vets that won't get with the times and learn and study new information. I mean why are some people s...

Re: Grapes

I just literally got off the phone with the vet where Evee is, and she told me there's no such thing as grape poisoning in dogs, and that she feeds her dogs grapes regularly. So now my mom's hunting for another vet, I don't know any of the town names or zipcodes in that area. This is so frustrating....

Re: Grapes

I may have spoken too soon. My mom is taking Evee to the vet now. She's started to vomit. :(

Soon as I relaxed and came back home it happened. :(

Re: Grapes

I'm so glad to report Evee is fine. She slept normal, put herself to bed like always. We kept a watchful eye on her, she's fine. I'm so relieved. I don't even want to think about what would've happened if my mom hadn't been amused by Evee eating grapes, and hadn't texted me. Now, I'm also happy to r...
