This is a tricky one, it is so hard when you don't see the dog and can see what it is. For him you might be the more valuable resource and therefor he wants to double check on you. you say 1,5 months old, that means 6 weeks. And if she is 6 weeks she has missed CRUCIAL training with the mother and her litter mate/mates. So she is likely to lack bite inhibiton, so it sounds like ba dplay getting out of hand. She should be with her mother at least 2 more weeks and recent studies...

as prior person said I would say take her to the vet, it might be rage, it might be something that is hurtfull. I have an aggressive rott here, he nips (not bites) when he goes scared.
