Re: play biting
All play biting stops play. When he nips you, yelp. Cross your arms and don't give any attention. Slowly walk away. Wait until he calms down, then praise and play again.

I'm not sure how long they would last, for I havent tried them. Fundog had some great ideas, though. My pug loves Kongs, but he has a pretty small tongue so he lasts longer with it.

Well, its really your parents decision, but I had the same experience with my father and choke chains. Since your mother has seen IMOD eps w/ the shock collar and resisted, that doesn't leave you with too many options, considering what Victoria does to show owners the wrongness of the shock collars ...

I you mean an episode with an english bulldog, I have seen two. There was one shot in the UK. The dog's name was Pugsley. The problems were urinating in the house and humping. I remember this because the owner fed him enormous meals. Here is a link to the episode: http://www.veoh.com/collection/imot...

Am I doing this right?
I've been trying to get my pug to stop yapping at the dogs on TV because he ends up jumping on our cabinets and has made a few scratches. I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. When he barks, I make a noise like "ah-ah" or "bap", and bring him into the hallway untill he c...
