My family dog does that! When I hold out my hand wether it was for him or not he usually places his hand on my hand. He does that for attention

You may have to get rid of him. Give him to someone else that doesn't have little kids. That was wat my family GS was doing and we had to get rid of him. It was because my sis was playing with his food wen he was busy.

thats wat my sister did. our dog got a chicken bone and she stuck her hand right down his throat and pulled it out.
Probabley some weird people. We have neighbors that throw old KFC chicken wings and our dog eats them, but we have to pull them out of his mouth.

Sounds like a dog that is a little nervous and not confident. Just don't smack the dog if it is misbehaving.
