Re: Happy Holidays!
Did everyone get what they wanted for Christmas? For me, I got most of what I wanted -actually needed- but I'm happy for what I've received though. Sandy, or as you all know her as "wvvdiup1", gave me a nice surprise: I was supposed to spend the Christmas Eve night at the animal/rescue she...

Me too, Emmabeth! Right now, we're only getting snow flurries, so nothing is accumulating right now. However, we may have some for Christmas!

Re: finally, two good walks in a row!
Take Wvvdiup1's word, Butlali! I remember one of the first days when Wvvdiup1 first got Karma. She had been working with Karma the first full week, just getting her to walk with her. When we went on the first break, we walked across this bridge that goes across the river behind the animal/rescue she...

To answer your last post, Runlikethewind, I wouldn't even stop him from peeing right after you got him off your 4X4 nor would I stop him from "scratching" the ground. He's just adding his "calling card" or marking territory. That's normal for dogs!

Re: Edible tree ornaments: BAD idea!
Your dogs eat Ginger bread? Sheba, my dog, won't even touch them! Earlier today, a woman and her little boy -I think he was three years old- came into the animal/rescue shelter where I do voluntary work to look for a family dog. Instead of keeping her eyes on her child, she was looking over ...
