Blue Buffalo Recall
Hi guys, it's been forever since I've been on, super busy with school and pretty much dead to the world as soon as I get home. I hear that stops in the 2nd trimester so I'm holding out for 2 and a half weeks. Just thought I'd share since I think there are several on the board who feed Blue Buffalo: ...

Re: Seff
Congratulations to you Bea! Four days quit is wonderful! I have been quit smoking going on 5 years. I had tried half-heartedly to quit several times before, but for some reason that last time I just decided that was that and I was done with smoking and quit for good without gum or patches or pills. ...

Re: Building drive by being a bad dog trainer.
That reminds me of our Frisby session this weekend. Bruiser would run and get the frisby, then bring it back and not drop because he wanted to play tug instead.

Re: Beagals
I've never noticed my beagle smelling like fritos... to me, he smells like sunshine (talk about sounding silly). I don't bathe mine, and he spends a lot of time outside when it's nice out.

Re: Dog Agressive Beagle
I also have a have a fear-aggressive beagle as well. What helped me is to monitor the situation first and foremost. If I saw a dog way off in the distance that mine hadn't yet reacted to, I started by putting him in a position that he wouldn't be able to see the dog. So, if I saw a dog WAAAAY down t...

Re: grass
I would watch the dogs to see if they are actually the ones eating the grass. It's been insanely hot here and my grass is suffering from it, so maybe it's dying because of the weather or like Nettle said, there's an insect munching on it that you don't see. Mine nibble daily, but they're not goats, ...

Re: Just thinking out loud...
I'd be okay not knowing, my friend who just started her second trimester's choosing not to find out. J's the one who wants to be prepared, and I understand that. I think with this one we'll find out and any after we'll wait.

I guess it depends on how big your yard is and how steadily they're munching?

Re: grass
Bruiser and Dixie like to nibble on grass during the day and they haven't managed to kill our yard. They don't steadily eat the grass, just nibble here and there though.
