Victoria has mentioned on her Twitter several times that they are in the process of getting ready for the 2nd season of the Positively Podcast. I am sure that once it has been started, there will be an announcement about it.

I don't think they're done showing season 3 - they took a long break last season also. I think Animal Planet likes to break up the season to make it last longer. And Victoria hasn't even started shooting season 4 yet, they're still in the audition stage.
