Bleeding ears when stressed

Need help on behalf of a friend, with a young male ridgeback. When he is under stress - BOTH his ears begin to bleed. Not just one - both, simmetrically. If you want it done right - do it yourself.

Humans weren’t as thorough with towels as they should have been, after insisting on walking in the rain this morning.

Bax also definitly falls into the "what did i dooooooooo?" category when i step on him.
Seems that small dogs get stepped on a lot....

I always thought it must be difficult to be a small dog among all these huge humans. Being stepped on doesn’t make it any easier :?

Re: What are you and your dogs up to today? Part 2

Saw this in the news this morning.

"In Illinois , pets will be treated more like kids than property in divorce cases. Pets could be subject to partial or joint custody after their owners divorce. The law only applies to "companion animals" -- not service animals."

Is this progress? I think so.....

First snow here on the east coast US too.
Ari didn't mind.. I think snow changes somehow the way scents work, so made sniffing things more interesting on our walk.

Re: Almost 7 month old Pup

No more midday walks in country parks. Crack of dawn strolls in the woods it is! Maybe I'll run into other intact owners who have the same issue  Yep, we've been there! On the bright side - you will probably see interesting things. We saw owls flying, for example... On the other side - if you ...

Staring, growling at non-threatening others.. i'd say he is discovering the joy of being a macho bully :( Not a good habit to acquire. Our boy became one of those during his adolescence coupled with dog parks, it took forever to unlearn, but to this day this nasty bully is always right under the sur...

The dogs pulled me off of my feet yesterday.....
My dr once asked me how much I exercise, and what kind.
I said - well, mostly walking my dog.
He said - walking a dog is not an exercise!

Depends on the dog(s), doesn't it? :D :D
