I had similar issues with my angel, Herman. "Look at me" worked with some things, maybe I should have used it more. Thanks for bringing this up. Thanks to those who responded for the helpful insight.

I briefly tried a citronella spray collar with Herman who was a very sensitive dog and he nearly shut down. I choose not to use this collar again. Just my two cents worth.
